carrageen irish moss and its smaller cousin gigartina can be used to make milk pudding or seaweed custard.
for milk pudding
add 1 bag fresh carrageen
400 ml fresh milk.
boil seaweed in the milk
suive into a bowl
place in fridge untill it sets into a jelly.
you can add honey, syrup, or strawberries.
