Fresh Dulse

Dulse is one of the most famous seaweeds found in the British Isles. Used traditionally in Scotland and Ireland for soups and broths, it also makes a delicious (and healthy!) snack.

As with all fresh seaweed, wash before use and then enjoy its unique taste and enticing deep purple colour adding something special to any meal.
