3 seaweed mix

 This is from our seaweed seasoning range .

 100g one months supply for 1 person

mix of strong and mild kelp with fishy dulse

Fresh kelp channel wrack and dulse kombu seaweed is hand harvested from glecknabea bay here on bute , it is then washed in fresh waster and left to drain,.

 then its placed in our drying room and slowly air dried

then its blendid down to a grain and then milled down to a fine ground seaweed 

this keeps the powder fresh of two years.

 sprinkle onto any dish

great for soups stews  dashi stock
